Water sports run on conditions. Wind a few knots too light and the session is a write-off; a few too strong and you stay on the beach. Flow is two products built for the same crowd: a mobile companion that tells you when to go, and a web dashboard that shows you how it went. Both are built on top of our data platform, Isivuno.

The Flow app for Android puts the forecast in your pocket for windsurf, wingfoil, kite and surf sessions. Pick a spot and four tabs tell the whole story:

Nobody wants to keep refreshing a forecast. Set an alert per spot with your own thresholds: average, lull or gust speed, the wind directions that work for that beach, and optionally swell. Flow then pings you the evening before when tomorrow matches, and again when the station actually hits it, at most once a day.

The forecast gets you on the water; flowapp.co.za shows what you did there. Connect your Garmin or upload a GPX file and every session is mapped and measured, with personal bests, progress over time and your spots collected in one dashboard. Sessions are split by activity, so surfing and windsurfing each get their own totals, monthly charts and top speed progression.

The live readings, forecasts and webcam feeds are all harvested and cleaned by Isivuno, our data intelligence platform. Isivuno Status watches every source, so when a station goes quiet we know about it before you do. It is the same engine behind Capetownweather.co.za and Spotlytics, which counts surfers on public cams, so Flow sits in good company.

Flow closes the loop: check the conditions, get the alert, go out, then see the session measured. Get the app, open the dashboard, or get in touch about building something similar.
